The OKO Group have invested many years and expense in developing their products. Since the first 1 litre was produced in 1978, the basic development/formulation work has been carried out by "Rubber Consultants" previously known as The M.R.P.R.A. (Malaysian Rubber and Plastics Research Association) based in Hertfordshire UK and are a part of the Tun Abdul Razak Research Centre. http://www.rubberconsultants.com/

Rubber Consultants have some of the most comprehensive tyre testing facilities in the world including three testing rigs for truck and passenger tyres and staff experienced in tyre retreading and tyre analysis. Rubber Consultants has an extensive Engineering Design section aimed at solving rubber engineering component problems. OKO Group re-sellers and end users can be confident that OKO products are therefore ideal for use in tyres and cannot cause damage to casings etc. In fact OKO Tyre Sealant will enhance the life of a tyre casing.

The OKO Group uses the services of specialist Development Laboratories in the USA and professional Tests centres recognised globally by Militaries and vehicle manufacturers, the most eminent being Gerotek who are part of "The Armscor" group

An outstanding result was recorded by Gerotek (Armscor Group) following testing of OKO On Road Product in respect of its puncture sealing capabilities. They reported OKO Puncture Free to be stronger than a vulcanised repair and any other conventional seal. A copy of this test report is available upon request.

OKO Puncture Free Tyre Sealant is designed and engineered to meet the needs and wants of diverse user types, having evaluated an extraordinary number of puncture problems experienced by a variety of vehicle users in diverse working environments. The OKO Puncture Free range of Tyre Sealants has been engineered to PREVENT punctures in severe circumstances in both Off and On Road use.

The current range consists of:

OKO Puncture Free Off Road for Off Highway use and vehicles which do not travel in excess of 50 m.ph. or 80 k.p.h. for long periods. 

OKO Puncture Free RTG On Road (Road Transport Grade) for Trucks, Buses, Vans and other commercial vehicles which travel at speeds of up to 70 m.p.h. or 110 k.p.h. constantly.

OKO Puncture Free "High Speed. A New highly developed formulation for use in "High Speed" Road Going vehicles, Motor Cyles and Motor Cars is in the final stages of development and should be available later in 2006.
